A tower house from the 18th century, it rises isolated on the shores of the Urola river on its passage through Oikia.
Square in form, it is a masonry construction, visible nowadays, with stone blocks in the corner sections and window frames and doors, as was habitual in this type of construction. Typical balconies in wrought iron also appear on the main floor and the coat of arms, decayed in this case.
