A small chapel that contains the statue of the Virgin, the patron of Zumaia. The statue of the Virgin of Arritokieta from the 16th century is kept on the inside, protected by an altarpiece from the 17th century which, in addition, contains a Hispanic-Flemish triptych from the 16th century in its lower part. The centre of this triptych shows the Pieta and, on the sides, Saint John the Baptist and possibly Saint Francis.

On one of the sides of the altarpiece we can observe a diptych, also of Flemish influence, with Saint Barbara and Saint Catherine. On the side walls are portraits of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, the work of Lecuona from 1874, and Saint Francis Borgia, painted by J. J. Etxaniz in 1889.
